1-1 support combining Jasmine’s 8 years experience teaching Yoga with the evidence based Integral Movement Method developed by hypermobility specialist Jeannie Di Bon. Jas is trained in the IMM, trauma-informed coaching, and is an Accessible Yoga Ambassador.

Move with more confidence, invite in more ease, and connect with your body on your terms.

You’re strong, capable, and resilient. But living in a hypermobile and/or chronically ill body comes with real challenges. You may be dealing with pain, fatigue, joint instability, digestive struggles, autonomic dysfunction, and more. It can make the day-to-day feel exhausting.

If you’ve landed on this page, you’ve probably read about your hypermobility, chronic illness and/or neurodivergence, maybe have a diagnosis (or suspect one), but practical solutions might feel frustratingly vague without personalised input.

A typical timetabled yoga class at the local studio might only go so far in supporting your unique needs. There are often no modules or specialised classes about  how to tailor yoga for hypermobility/ energy limiting conditions on most Yoga Teacher Training Courses - but don’t worry, I’m working on changing that from within the industry!

Generic movement or wellness plans often don’t work for bodies and brains like ours.

We need an approach that supports our nervous system, respects our limits, and helps us build sustainable strength without the boom and bust cycle of doing too much too soon and burning out.

I know it can feel like 1 step forward, 2 steps back - I’ve experienced it all first hand. But another way is possible, maybe not all the time, as the demands of life can throw us off track, but enough of the time to make a real difference.

My 1-1 yoga and movement coaching sessions focus on breath, relaxation, and specialised movement to help you manage hypermobility, and associated conditions, with more confidence and, hopefully less pain. I also support you with ongoing management of energy limiting conditions with pacing strategies, encouragement and extra resources such as relaxation audios.

Let’s find what works for you.

A Gentle Start: Reconnecting with Your Body & Finding What Works for You

Living with hypermobility, or any chronic illness, can feel unpredictable. Some days, movement might feel do-able; other days, impossible. Oftentimes even rest doesn’t feel truly restorative. It’s hard to know how to support yourself when your body’s needs seem to shift constantly.

That’s why I offer a 90-minute personalised deep dive; a space to explore hypermobility friendly movement, breath, and practical strategies that work for you.

🔹 The first section is a guided yoga practice, tailored to your body’s unique needs based on details you give me in your intake form and live feedback in the session. We focus on small, supportive movements, breath, and relaxation to help you feel more grounded, stable, and clear on how to adapt for your specific needs - whether that’s having a bendy body, chronic pain, fatigue and/or other considerations.

🔹 The second section is space for you—your questions, individualised coaching, deeper dives into set exercises, and a plan to help you move forward with confidence. We’ll find simple, realistic ways to support your body day-to-day, without overwhelm or pressure.

This session is a first step toward building trust in your body, feeling more at ease, and knowing there’s a way forward that works for you. If you choose, we can continue with longer-term support via a 6 week or 12 week package of 1-1s. This allows for in depth personalised ongoing feedback and guidance so you can integrate everything you learn into day-to-day life for long lasting change.

But for now, Your Gentle Start is a great place to take that first step.

Your Gentle Start Sessions include:

Intake Questionnaire

After booking, you’ll receive a detailed, confidential assessment form to complete. This helps me get to know a bit more about you, your body, your experiences, and what you need from our time together. It’s a chance for you to reflect on what’s working, what’s challenging, and what support would feel most helpful.

To ensure your session is fully tailored to you, please complete the form at least 48 hours before our call so I have time to review and prepare.

Your Gentle Start Main Session

Your session includes a guided yoga practice tailored to your needs, focusing on gentle movement, breath, and relaxation to help you feel more grounded. The second section is a space for questions, personalised coaching, and a realistic plan to support your body day-to-day.

I’ll also pass on links to any specific tools, research, podcast episodes etc that may have been mentioned in our session.

Follow-Up Session: 30-minutes one-to-one on Zoom

Two weeks after your first session, we’ll check in to see how things are going. You may have questions, unexpected challenges, or things that didn’t feel quite right in practice. I’d love to support you.

Hey, I’m Jas!

Living with hypermobile EDS, ADHD, an autoimmune disease, and dysautonomia has taught me the art of capacity management—knowing when to move and when to pause, both on and off the yoga mat. For about 17 years of yoga practice and managing various health issues, Yoga has been a key tool in learning to listen to my body, advocate for my needs, and find sustainable ways to support myself.

I quickly noticed how many hypermobile people end up in yoga spaces where flexibility is often glorified yet the realities of hypermobility are misunderstood. At the same time some hypermobile people get warned off yoga altogether. Both are missing the point! This led me to dive deep into adapting yoga for hypermobile bodies, first for myself, then for my clients.

As a trauma-informed, accessible yoga teacher with eight years of Yoga teaching experience, I’m passionate about making movement and yoga work for hypermobile bodies, not against them. I’ve taught across the North of England, online, and on retreats worldwide, always striving to create spaces where chronic illness, hypermobility, and related conditions are understood and supported.

I know firsthand the barriers of navigating wellness spaces as a neurodivergent teacher with chronic illness, and I’m committed to changing this industry from within so we can enjoy more inclusive, accessible, and safer spaces.

Here’s what previous clients have said about my work:

“I have fluctuating needs and Jas handles it like a pro. I have several hidden disabilities and it’s been hard to let go of my old idea of what “healthy” or “active” were. It was really important to me to find someone who understood the struggles of wanting to exercise but not being able to find someone who could adapt or coach me on dealing with fluctuating mobility and energy needs.

Jas has really helped me to adjust over the last few months, she’s helped to realign my idea of what it looks like to not only look after my body, but to listen to it as well. I’m really grateful to have someone who can quickly change exercises whenever I’ve got pain, and it allows me to feel like I’m in a safe and non-judgemental environment whilst I start to build back my strength and balance in my body, and confidence in my mind. Thanks so much Jas.” - Oi Mei (Them/They)

"My 1-1 with Jasmine was brilliant. She made me feel heard in all subtle forms, working with me and my body closely in tending to my hypermobility - which I didn't even know I had till recently. The pace was amazing and I didn't even need to think about what to do because her instructions and guidance were so intuitive and easy to follow. I really appreciate the little nuggets of advice on the exercises I could take home, they seem manageable to integrate and I feel like I've left feeling very positive about my body and how feasible it is to grow stronger and more in control." - Hannah (She/Her)
