✦ A welcome message from Jas ✦
I help you to find what feels most supportive for your body and mind, whether partaking in a group class, 1-1 or in person retreat.
Yoga classes
My yoga offerings are ever evolving to meet the needs of those who come to practice with me.
I aim to be an inclusive yoga teacher and am led by a passion to make yoga accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
I teach group classes/workshops online and in-person (currently Newcastle and York), as well as 1-1 yoga.
Yoga retreats
I have taught on over 15 yoga retreats all over the world, as well as running 2 online retreats in the depths of lockdowns!
There’s something so powerful about the ‘pause’ and immersion that a Yoga retreat allows participants. The group experience is always a joy to facilitate, with people arriving as strangers and leaving as friends.
ONLINE TRAINING
Yoga for hypermobility and associated conditions
For hypermobile people and also professionals, such as yoga teachers/pilates instructors. It’s a self-paced online training with around 2 hours of pre-recorded theory videos, a library of at-home yoga practices, and an optional live Zoom session in June. It explores hypermobility syndromes and common co-occurring conditions, and teaches you how to adapt yoga and relaxation practices to create a supportive, accessible approach for hypermobile bodies.
Hi, I’m Jas!
I teach Chair Yoga, Yin, Restorative, Nidra, Vinyasa Flow, Meditation & Pranayama. I believe that Yoga can be a huge support for our personal and collective well-being. Tending to our well-being, moving the body and making space to cultivate internal awareness is one of many ways to take care of ourselves & each other amidst the twists and turns of life.
