Retreats offer a powerful pause, an opportunity to get away from the day-to-day, connect to others and explore.

I’m Jas, an experienced international Yoga retreat leader! I’ve taught Yoga retreats in 5 different countries and absolutely love the retreat environment. There’s something so powerful about the ‘pause’ and immersion that a Yoga retreat allows participants. The group experience is always a joy to facilitate, with people arriving as strangers and leaving as friends.

I created a quick reel as an insight to some of the retreats I’ve been able to lead and cannot wait to host more! Take a peek here.

Greece, 2023

5 day retreat at itha108 in Ithaca, a stunning Greek Island

This May half term retreat was full of fun, laughter, playfulness, sea swimming, Yoga, sun and delicious nutritious food! It was in collaboration with Dora Rubinstein, who led Acro Yoga, Handstands + Backbending workshops and energising flows. I taught Yin Yoga, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, pranayama and philosophy workshops.

Itha108 Yoga Retreat Centre + Creative Resort hosted us at their luxurious centre where we got to eat every meal outdoors in the breath taking natural landscape. See our video here with some highlights of the retreat!

“Unforgettable.”

Great yoga, great people, delicious food in the most incredible setting.

“As a combination of my first yoga retreat as well as first solo trip, I couldn't have asked for it to be any better.”

"Most Incredible Experience!"

"Amazing. Special. Everyone should do one."

With the help of amazing instructors to guide me as a beginner, this retreat showed me how to strengthen and restore my body in ways I didn't realize were possible.

Yorkshire, 2022

Weekend Retreat at Parcevall Hall in the Yorkshire Dales

This was a collaboration with Dora Rubinstein, who I ran 2 online retreats with and many online/in-person workshops with throughout the pandemic. It was incredible to get to run our in-person retreat after all the lockdowns! This retreat featured our signature balance of Dora’s energetic, strength building flows with my sleepy, relaxing Yin & Restorative. Alongside all the Yoga there was also be the chance for a group walk in nature, shared meal times, group activities, and bubble baths at the venue.

Huge thanks to Parcevall Hall, a beautiful country side venue serving up homely meals (catering to all dietary needs) and keeping us well stocked on cups of tea! Here’s a video of the venue if you’d like to see!

“Thoroughly enjoyed the weekend. Dora and Jas compliment each other perfectly.”

“The yoga retreat was just what I needed before starting a new term. Dora and Jas were the perfect yin and yang and it was so lovely meeting with all of the other participants. A truly wonderful and cherished weekend in a beautiful place.”

“This was a brilliant retreat. The Yang of Dora and yin of Jasmine complement each other perfectly, like 2 sides of the same coin. I could not have asked for better.”

Peru, 2020

4 day New Year’s retreat at Kinsapacha Eco Lodge in the Sacred Valley

This 4 day retreat was a collaboration with Astraya, Yoga teacher and ceremony guide. It included workshops themed around the new year such as a year in review and creative planning session, inner child art workshop and connection based space with Acro Yoga.

We had Vinyasa Yoga, Yin, Restorative and Meditation as well as a hike to visit local ruins and a New Year Fire Ceremony and intuitive dance session. Kinsapacha Eco Lodge served us with amazing food fresh form their organic garden, and hosted us in their gorgeous geodesic dome.

As well as designing and planning our own retreat, I also taught regular yoga classes for ongoing retreats that Kinsapacha hosted throughout the season.

Brazil, 2018-2019

Lead Teacher on various retreat’s at Rosemary Dream in Florianopolis

I was incredibly lucky to get to work at Rosemary Dream in Brazil for 3 months. I led various workshops and Yoga classes for the guests (it operated as a hotel as well as a community and retreat centre). I also led tailord Yoga classes for the 8 day retreat ‘Stopping the World’, to support the participants alongside their other experiences such as Tamazcal ceremony, coaching, well-being workshops, and nature connection. Here is a video testimonial from one of the participants.

“I felt something totally different from any other Yoga experience I’ve had. Classes were relaxing but also pushed me. I learnt with Jasmine that I can accept myself as I am.”

“Jasmine is an absolute gift to have as a Yoga teacher! Her classes can be challenging, playful, intimate, and medicinal. The Yoga practices she offers are varied, and strong but gentle. Her strong body of knowledge enables her students to deepen their practice.”

"Jasmine’s powerful presence and calm way of guiding her yoga class participants from one yoga pose to another made me want to wake up early in order to attend her classes."

Romania, 2019

Lead Yoga Teacher on 6 day retreats in Romania

I was invited to teach all the Yoga classes, meditation classes and workshops at Akasha Retreat Centre in Romania. I had a 3 month job here teaching back to back retreats in this beautiful retreat centre nestled in a countryside village surrounded by the mountains. I also acted as a host on the group activities such as hikes, shared mealtimes, and additional workshops. I worked in a team with others such as a plant-based chef, massage therapist, receptionist and marketing manager.

It was a joy to meet so many incredible people from all over the world and support them on their Yoga journey!

“Jasmine is one of the greatest Yoga teachers I have ever seen. She has a unique mode of combining the body work with the mind, in a very relaxed way, with visualization, wisdom and even poetry. I met her at retreat in Romania and have been practicing her online videos since then. She is super inspiring and a really nice person!”

"Jasmine has a welcoming and calming nature. Through her practices she helps her students to grow and transcend in yoga and yoga philosophy. With her classes you feel more at one with the elements. Would highly recommend!"

“Jasmine’s Yoga classes were excellent. Wonderfully constructed and varied, unforced and always interesting. Never in all my years of doing Yoga have I ever experienced such a sense of relaxation at the end in Savasana.”

I want all of my retreats to be inclusive to as wide a range of needs as there are in the group!

There’ll always be a coeliac safe gluten-free option on any retreat I host because I have coeliac myself. I want all dietary needs to be catered for as I understand the importance of them.

In the booking process of any retreat, there’ll be the chance to state any access needs you have, and we’ll do our best to meet them.

I welcome people from all over the world. I’m a native speaker of English, fluent in French and can get by in Spanish. It’s always a joy to have a mix of cultures, spoken languages and backgrounds on retreat!
