Explore Italy: A Yoga Immersion in Peaceful Puglia
Small-group, in-depth yoga in peaceful countryside surroundings with some of the best plant-based food you’ll ever eat. Join us for a week of learning, relaxing and feasting in southern Italy.
Our retreat centre is both remote and peaceful, whilst also being a short drive from many of Puglia's best beaches and gorgeous hillside towns. The chefs specialise in local Puglian and nutrient rich plant-based cuisine catering. Spend your days in between the yoga shala, the pool, and the gorgeous surroundings and delighting in delicious food everyday!
We’ve deliberately chosen a venue that has limited spaces (capped at 12) so we can keep the group small to ensure Yoga classes with a more personalised approach. Read on to learn more.
We take care of the planning so you can just show up, switch off, and relax
We’re Dora and Jas, 2 experienced retreat leaders who have been collaborating for 5 years now. We first fell in love with this particular venue when we hosted here in 2024. It’s the ideal setting for yoga, with beautiful spaces to practice and easy access to some of the area’s best adventures.
We can’t wait to share it with you!
Daily Yoga to Deepen Your Practice
Each day will have a mix of flow and restorative classes. There'll also be workshops to help you deepen your Yoga practice and the opportunity to get personalised support from both of us. Retreats give us the time and space to slow down, ask questions, and explore how yoga can truly support you. With fewer distractions and more time together, you’ll deepen your self-understanding, discover new ways of moving, and build connections that stay with you long after the retreat ends.
Relax and Explore
Over the course of each day there will be free time to explore the beautiful region of Puglia. Take a solo walk to reflect, head off to one of the nearby ancient towns or stunning beaches, or team up with other participants to explore together! We can also recommend places to stay pre or post retreat if you’d like to extend your trip.
“100% excellent, loved every moment. An incredible mix of rest, exercise, sight seeing and eating, with the best group of people to experience it with! I've loved the journey you took us on over the week, with a perfect balance of flow and restorative practice. I've learned so much about my body and mind this week and will take those learnings into my daily life and home yoga practice.” - Dave (Guest from Puglia retreat, 2024)

Jas brings the softer side to our retreat classes and will be leading Slow Flows, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra (Guided Relaxations), meditation, and other restful practices.
“Amazing retreat. Fantastic varied program in a fabulous location with the most amazing food. The retreat was fulfilling and nurturing. Yoga classes had a great balance between the yin and the yang.” Jenni (Guest from Puglia retreat, 2024)

Food: Nutritious, Delicious, and Made with Love
Food is at the heart of this retreat, and it’s often what guests rave about most. Every meal is nourishing, satisfying, and crafted with care using local, seasonal, and often home-grown ingredients. Our plant-based menus are rooted in regional traditions, thoughtfully balanced to support energy, recovery, and wellbeing. We work closely with talented chefs who share our food philosophy and cater beautifully to all dietary needs — including gluten-free and coeliac-friendly.
Expect vibrant, varied meals that celebrate real food and leave you feeling full in the best way.
“The food was excellent, the standard of accommodation was high, the yoga space was very good. Having local towns of interest to visit added another dimension to the retreat. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The tuition was excellent, I learnt a lot. Their warm and fun company through the retreat was a pleasure and they work well as a team. The efforts Jas and Dora made to make the retreat just what everyone wanted could not be faulted. I'd recommend a retreat with Jas and Dora to anyone.” - James
